Yep, stream it with MX Light through VLC. Then use VLC or MPC-HC on another computer to view it full-screen.

You need to start from scratch. It’s possible the card isn’t seated properly in the PCI-E slot, so I’d start there.
Uninstall the BMD software, turn off the computer, pull the card and then re-seat the card. If you have another PCI-E slot, try using that one.

Another thing I thought about is possibly the HDMI cable. Try using component, though I don’t own a 360, so I’m not sure if it offers that as an output.

Yes, that configuration is correct. Think of the Shuttle as a pass-through device.

Under the format preferences, you should be able to select 720p, you may have to use the scroll bar on the right to see them all.

Yep, I bet that’s your problem, you need to update the Reneas drivers. The instructions are on BMD’s site. You’ll need to update the driver and the firmware.
