    Thanks. I have tried that with the same result even tho the sequence shows 60 fps.
    My friend who runs the local tv station also uses Premiere Pro CS 5.5 so I took the file down to him and we dropped it into his timeline and got the same result. Audio not synced with the video.
    It also plays perfectly in windows media player on his workstation.
    We are stumped.

    I should mention that the file plays fine in windows media player so I’m assuming it has something to do with Premiere.

    My choices are 23.976, 25.00 or 29.97. No option for 60 fps.

    Thank you for answering. It’s a wedding reception, mostly just dancing, and I almost didn’t notice it was out of sync until I got to the toasts about 17 min into the tape. The toasts are off by a sec or two in the source monitor when I play it back.
    I did notice when I was capturing that it said the capture duration was over 2 hours when I was only capturing a 60 min tape, so I figure I’m not doing something right but can’t figure out what.
    Any thoughts?
