Hi Tom,

Thanks for the advice I will follow it. If you lean anything else please let me know. I wont be starting to get into this in detail until next week. As I do if I learn anything else that can help I will post it as well.

Jeremy,

Thanks for the information. I need a clarification. Are the drivers I need to download from Panasonic, for the camera or for my computer?

If I hook a P2 Card reader into my computer via a USB 2 port and transfer to the footage to a external drive do I need to use FCP for that or does the P2 card just pop up as if it were an external drive?
