I’ve discovered that the problem is more specific to Premiere. The timeline runs ok in FCP even in preview but back in premiere is very jerky with the Motion 5 effects. Today I tried rendering and it did some very strange things – the footage was all magnified and elongated as well as being very pixelated. I would really like to be able to work with the footage in premiere as I use Encore for DVD authoring.
