Hi – long time user, and long time absent!
When I go into a hospital I often need to prove many vaccinations. Those are the rules.
As for a private business requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test – thet is their right to do so and a vendor’s right to refuse work on that contingency.
Seems pretty simple.
