How realistic are we talking? If you want “The Mask” (Jim Carrey)over the top plastic look you might try CC Bender or CC Bend it or another Distort Filter to whip those body top left and right. Just a thought.

Just wondering if there are trackable spots on the front of the roller coaster or the seats, so that you could track you green screen couple onto the coaster?

Dave’s is the best way, but you could do this if you don’t have 3D Layer Warp, and you don’t mind sharp edged zig-zags:

It come with a project file and should be simplier as you dont have to have the dots, just sub in your arrow.

What do you mean by “go to other layer when i choose”?

“gotoandplay” in flash, does that mean go to frame “n” and play a certain animation?

Dan has a nice method to have markers trigger animations, but it takes AE8, here:

Set an initial keyframe for camera position by clicking the Camera’s Position Stopwatch, then move down the timeline and move the camera with those camera Orbit Tools, repeat. Here is a tut that talks about finetuning the camera, mostly with east ease:
