I think the nicest vectorize I’ve seen lately is in a review of AI CS2.

If you can get a good motion track on the window corners, you should be able to apply the tracking to a
black solid layer and use that black solid layer as a track matte (Alpha Inverted Matte). You can then see through the window, and if the Sky, Sun and Clouds
are on layers below, you will see them through the window. If there is a lot of camera movement you’ll have to compensate by moving the layers below (Sky, Sun and Clouds, maybe better if precomped) in opposite directions to the camera.
It should work.

This tell you how to convert audio to keyframes and with an expression tie audio to scale (or anything else you want)and how to adjust it to make it work the way you want (can be the hard part if you don’t know what to do).

“Go from dark to bright (or bright to dark) by animating the tint effect in Adobe After Effects 6.0.”
Maybe this will help for brightness, tying audio to % tint for brightness, or use another effect for brightness. Levels maybe?

As far as I know you need to import the aep (that old comp is in), then delete out the stuff you don’t need.

If you’ve already saved the effects as a preset though, just apply that. If you haven’t saved the effects as a preset, select all the effects in the layer and Animation>Save Animation Preset (and name it). Then to the new layer you go Animation>Apply Animation Preset (and choose the ne you just named).

I like making a QT mov with Sor3-Low, full size, full rez and full fps (you can change these if necessary). It plays on Macs or PCs and does fine even on my 700mhz oldie. I’d go to half size before I dropped fps because I think it looks better, even viewed at Double size, but with the smoother movement of full fps. That’s just me though.
