You might try this:
https://www.archive.org/details/prelinger
While less than 200 of the 1975 “ephemeral” (advertising, educational, industrial, and amateur) films, are color, this is a great place for Public Domain footage.
There is a search engine for individual title. An 8 minute movie is in the 300 MB range, and the highest res are Mpeg2’s, click on Frequently Asked Questions for details. Good stuff. The first two are the cleanest color.
American Engineer I,II,III
American Look I& II
Roads to Romance – A Chevy Travel series of films with lots of US scenery.
American Thrift
Expansive tribute to the “Woman American,” her thrifty purchasing habits, and the American system of mass production.Amateur film: Medicus collection: New York World’s Fair, 1939-40] (Reel 5) (Part II) – Medicus (P.)
Detailed documentation of the “World of Tomorrow” in beautiful Kodachrome. There are about 20 films in this series. To Conserve Our Heritage (Part I & II)
Fashion Horizons – Southwestern U.S. travelogue flies around in modern 1930s airplanes, stopping off at Albuquerque and an Arizona dude ranch, all the time focusing on fashions worn by its cargo of aspiring Paramount starlets. Excellent pre-World War II fashion footage in Kodachrome
Freedom Highway (Part I) – A Greyhound bus transports us through the landscape of American mythology.
Animation (there are several more)
Ride for Cinderella – Handy (Jam) Organization
Cinderella relies on a Chevrolet to carry her home by midnight through obstacles and storms.Tomorrow Always Comes (Part II) – Lamont-Clemens, Inc.
Time-travel story promoting rayon lingerie.Perversion for Profit (Part II) – Anti-pornography film produced by financier Charles Keating, linking pornography to the Communist conspiracy and the decline of Western civilization.

Edit > Preferences and Hold Down the Shift key when you press General, then you have a Secret option from the dropdown menu.
Here’s a response from RoRK when Aharon asked a similar question many moons ago.

Subject: Re: Shecret or Secret Options – can you explainA) [Aharon Rabinowitz] “Disable Layer Cache ”
This tells AE not to retain layer information during it’s renders. What information pertaining to the layer is it referring to??? I don’t know!
B) [Aharon Rabinowitz] “- Purge Every X frames during Make Movie”
This tells AE how often to purge its memory. The smallest allowable number is 1 – which means AE will purge its memory at each frame. The smaller the number the less likely it will be that AE will face a memory issue. The trade-off is that at smaller values, your renders will be slower, as occasionally, stuff will be purged that AE still requires. Under such circumstances AE will have to recalculate that information again – purging also takes time.
It is best to start with a number such as 15 and then work your way down only if you still have memory issues. And work your way down in increments of 3 or 5.
C) [Aharon Rabinowitz] “Ignore Sequence Rendering Errors (DANGER)”
Only pertinent if you render a sequence of images instead of a movie. Haven’t had much to do with this so I can’t say much here other than to avoid it . duh?
As to what to do I would suggest working on (B) above and only work on (A) should you really have to.

I don’t know FCP but exporting Uncompressed from AE is just choosing Lossless in the Render Queue (will give you Uncompressed AVI, probably not what you want), most folks Choose QuickTime – Animation Codec, just double click the blue Lossless in the output module (or drill down in the Output Module), then – Format (at the top of the Output Module now),
then
Format Options > Choose “Animation” from the Compression Type dropdown, and Slider to “Best” and be sure and choose “Millions of Colors +” if you want an alpha, the “+” is what gives you the alpha.
Render and you get a QuickTime that’s lossless.

This is totally awesome, but If he’d (she’d) have put shadows from the hands onto the street, it would have been “beyond” totally awesome.
I still think it can be done with dups of clips and masks and Time-mapping and Split Layers.
Why don’t I think of things this cool?

Yeah, I had a piece at the local coffee shop that was made up of a series (24 total)12″x18″ prints that were offset from each other (and the wall)(3″ max). It was 12 1/2 feet long and 2 1/2 feet tall when assembled. I couldn’t have afforded prints from the usual places ($25 to $40 each) but had less than $100 in materials for the finished piece because of the $3 Costco Prints.

Others would know for sure (the script authors) but I think your right about being too low on the AE version scale for these scripts to work, so maybe try this:
SpriteMaster had a work around without scripts, and it works for one vertex, but involves tracking, anyway he explains here:
