I only upgraded one of 27 macs to QT7 and then did with no more. Its all of the machines that I didn’t upgrade to QT 7 but DID upgrade to 10.3.9 that I am SOL with. Apple wants me to pay for the QT pro upgrades (27 times $27.99) because they broke my QT without warning me and wont make it right. I should throw in some lube so they can gracefully remove their heads from their a$$e$.

I just spoke with my Apple rep and a SOfware Engineer. They tell me I need to do a reinstall (or disc image) or buy the upgrade to Pro 7 which they will reimburse me for on future purchases.
I only have 6 machines that have Q7 installed, so my pro features are gon there. Every other machine that has 10.3.9 on it will not play Quicktime files with 6.5.2 on it. It tells me I must upgrade to Quicktime 7.
