Thank you it worked! But now how can I copy some part from the movie and paste it to another place on the time line? Would appreciate if you could answer.

Hi, thank you for the answer. No I just want to do cell animation of images. And when I place them on timeline and klick play button the animation goes very slowly because the time line cursor or what it is called moves very slowly. Maybe because Premiere is for videofiles with at least 26 frames per sekund? And for doing cell animation I do not need 26 pictures per sekund, it is not a real film it is just a drawn animation. Can I do so that the time line goes faster?
