    I tryed pretty much every HD format there is on the default sony vegas pro 12. There are tons of tutorials on the internet on how to render videos from Fraps, and they all manage to simply use windows media video V11 at 8mbs with some custom selections.

    I followed it step by step, everything is the same but my video is completely ruined, almost like a tv with bad reception.

    It would be fine for me to render at 1080p, but out of curiosity i’d like to be able to render it at 2560 x 1440.

    In my college all we use (regarding codecs) is apple pro res. I noticed there are no codecs in sony vegas to render 2k or 4k, or basicly anything higher then 1080p. Maybe I have to install some special codecs?
