    It is a bit confusing…
First, my system settings are all for Blackmagic output.
If I want to capture a VO I have to do it over FCP, because in Soudtrack it keeps failing and I don’t know why…
Secondly, I have to keep a video input (from my betacam sp output) so it may react to sound – this still in FCP.
In Soundtrack, I’m able to select which input and output I want to work with, I select blackmagic for both and nothing happens… I have a Decklink Extreme HD…
It happened after a format I made to my system and upgrade from Tiger to Leopard. I guess these more recent drivers may be causing it…
    Any solution? thanks.

My VO’s I do them with my old betacam sp machine generating some kind of video signal so my decklink Extreme HD is able to capture any audio.
I used to capture through sountrack, but now it, maybe with the new drivers, has so many bugs, I can’t get any steady configuration. So I have to capture through final cut, with my UVW generating video, but with the video option off and no machine control. My microphone is connected to a Mackie Micro 1202-VLZ and then to Decklink by unbalanced XLR cable.
It is, of course, very annoying because under Soundtrack I used to edit and treat the sound immediately. Does anyone know what can be causing this?
