I have limited experience with green screen, and I know this camera isn’t in the same league as a regular video camera, but what about the Canon 5d Mark ii for shooting green screen video?

The easiest way to deal with wind noise is to prevent it during the recording. This can usually be achieved by covering the microphone with a fur windscreen. The next step is to use your body, or when possible, a tree, an automobile or any other object as a wind block. Another tip is to always use headphones to monitor the quality of sound during your recordings, and play back often while on site to determine if you’re getting usable sound. For my outdoor recordings I use a Storm Chaser model fur windscreen that I got from https://www.thewindcutter.com. They’re reasonably priced and very effective at reducing wind noise.
