Ok, thanks. Would you happen to know exactly how to do it through Cinema Tools? I opened the program and I just couldn’t figure out how to get the clips into it and then convert them to 23.98 fps.

The footage I’ve already imported is the 24p advanced footage, which shows up as 23.98 and is sitting in a timeline of the same framerate. The 24p normal footage that I need to import runs at 29.97, and when I try to import it into the 23.98 timeline there is a lot of ghosting and strobing.
