    Howdy

Possibly Windows or another program auto updated and broke Vegas? I would check to see what has been installed on your PC about the same time Vegas wouldn’t function properly. It could be anything like a Codec update or your gpu driver update. If you are using your gpu in Vegas try disabling it to use the cpu instead as I sometimes have issues with that. If all that fails try installing it to a different HD? Try running Vegas in Windows Safe Mode (if it can) as maybe there is a driver conflict? Seems like it’s a Windows issue vs Vegas so check what Windows has updated and go back (Restore?). Check in Windows Event Log to see if there are any details re: Vegas at the time the event happens. Could de the SSD has an issue?

    Good luck

This is a way I’m not familiar with as I remeber being able to export an image sequence but either way once it’s in Photoshop you can do many things and use batch processing to apply your editing to every single frame automatically. There is a one pixel selection tool in photoshop.

No clue how this program works https://amnonp5.wordpress.com/2011/01/16/eternalism-the-art-of-slitscanning/

You could export a image-sequence from Vegas to Photoshop and get that 1 pixel slit however you would need a lot of automation (actions) to do it in a timely fashion? Then import the sequence back into your project.

What I meant by pans and zooms is you can use the pand/crop in Vegas to zoom in and pan over the video footage much like you would over a photo. I have used it more for zooming usually for dramatic effect or to make bring footage a bit more exciting. This video (link below)has a few examples especially cropping. If I don’t get the best composition while I’m filming I can crop it in post and sometimes if you zoom in a bit it softens the image for a film look. I probably haven’t panned but cropped a specicific section is what I meant but you could pan over a scene for effect. by the way the text effects were bloody marvelous :-).

:27-:39 and 1:00-1:14 not really needed. I may have cut the scenes to the music a bit more. Awesome titling. Action scenes were great. Why not use your editor to add move movement such as some zoom and pans etc. I had no problem with the F….king Host comment since I film in Second Life and probably make the same coment about LAG…lol. I’m not a Gamer but I do see a lot of the Macfinima produced and this edit is pretty good. I saw the movie and it is excellent. This is a pretty accurate trailer. I’d cut the snow machine chase as it doesn’t seem to fit. Ending scenes were aweome.

    cheers
