Is there anyway once the footage is digitized to change the footage to 720X486?

Hey Shane,
i saw your post for the turorial on the 60p conversion.
I downloaded the plug in from panasonic and don’t
see the conversion option in the tools menu that was
shown in the tutorial. Any suggestions?
