Good to hear,
What I think I’m hearing is that you aren’t making a new folder for each card and placing the BPAV file from that card into a new folder. It is important not to just drag and drop the BPAV file in with others BPAV files. You really need to keep them separate and never change the BPAV file NAME as you say you did to BPAV-1, THIS IS A NO NO.Make a new folder like card #1 and them dump the BPAV into it, and so on…..
Good Luck

His describing word is extremely accurate. I’m not so worried about him calling himself names as I am about what went wrong and if it can happen to me. I was hoping he would post back all the details.

Can you tell us what size cards and what manufacturer, and what version of either Clip Browser or XD Can Transfer software you are using? Also what format was recording and what frames rate? When was the last time you deleted clips or reformatted these cards, was this done using the camera? Is this a rental unit? What firmware version is running on the EX1?
The reason I ask is to better understand what you are up against and the more details could possibly help you find the solution you need.Good Luck

Wow I wish I had this yesterday as it seems to fix the random clip order where you select the clips, having them in numerical order is great. I changed the clip reference label for many different products on a table top shoot and I imported them into their own folders and had to search through the random clip order to separate them and now the clips are in order of when they were shot.
I’m not sure what else was fixed but it is much better to have the clips in numerical order.
If any other fixes were made please post them.Michael Palmer

Vincent and Steven,
Thanks for taking the time to help with the suggestions, The question is, does HDV 1080 60i captured from Final Cut work with CS3 P-Pro, I’m on location and unable to convert or recapture at the moment and I was looking for a solution for my client whom isn’t very proficient with this program.Good Luck

IF you copy the entire BPAV folder to a separate folder on the hard drive you will have every file needed to transfer the media. What you need to do is keep a separate folder for every BPAV folder, and never mix these BPAV folders in a folder. If you just copy the clips you will have issues.

Ted
It will record below and above the 35 Mbps HQ setting of the EX1. What is great is that you choose the compression level for your needs.Good Luck
