I DID, though finally, figure it out.

It was in clicking on the file in the menu page and having the file point to Audio track 1, 2 or whatever.
It took me 3 days to figure it out.

    But, thanks, again.

    I love the Production Assistant.

Since I record audio books, I’m looking for a duck plug-in that will lower the relatively quiet passages (between narrated words) to a user specified db level…like the PA’s ‘simple duck’ but that is able to convert passages below a certain db level to a duck level.

The object here, is to simply find a script that will lower the volume between narrator’s words to minimize breath noise and mouth clicks.

Still a big fan of the song “arrival”.

    Thanks for the tutorial
Would you know of a ducking plug-in that could take the quiet passages in a voice over (breathing…mouth clicks between words etc) and duck them to a specified db level i.e. -8db?

So…different than a gate, it could drop the level to a programmable db level.

    Thanks!!!
