Late but maybe this helps you…
I have used Skype in the past with Quick time screencapture and Soundflower so that I can record the interview with sounds from both sides.
But at the moment using Google Hangouts, where you can actually set it to record the video call for you. No need to use third party tools. Quality better than Skype. And it does actually toggle who is visible based on voice detection – based on who is talking.

Just few ideas…
I guess you are limited in terms of the layout with your existing platform. But you could try improving the look of the skin.

The overall style is unclear and inconsistent. There are too many elements which seem to have same level of importance.
It would help, if you made the most important bits more prominent and got rid of some of the less important stuff from the main product listings page. These could be moved to the actual product pages.
