Thank you for the tip. Here are the speed test results, from two different tests:

It seems the speed is half of what it should be from BellSouth.net. Results from 2nd test below:

Movie (800 MB) 130 mins

Photo Gallery (8 MB) 4 mins

I think I need another provider or to connect by cable to the modem.

Thanks Ron.
Just spoke to tech support at Apple and rep says the video I was working with from the desk top was highly compressed and had not been transcoded for Log & Transfer and therefore was freezing up. I bumped all that video to external hard drive and now I have the camera connected to the laptop and will ingest video from there. Tech support rep says that should change it to make it more suitable for editing. Again, much appreciated!
