If you use Encore (CS6) to export to Flash, where all can it be played? Is it only on computers or could a user plug it into a DVD/Bluray player or television with a USB port and still be able to play it?

Along those same lines, what delivery format is best for flash drive delivery? I would like to make a stand-alone file with a format along the lines of an iTunes movie – you load the file and see a menu (a la DVD menu) where you can select various chapters or video files within the overall project (a la DVDs/Blurays).
Is there a way to make such a self-contained file? I searched for it, but my search-fu is weak today.

Quick question – I understand synching between systems for CC, but I”m moving from CS6 to CC – how do I import my presets, settings, and customization (example: workspaces I’ve setup) from CS6 to CC? I can’t find an easy way to do that yet.
