Import Keyboard shortcuts into CC from CS6?

I am upgrading to Creative Cloud from CS6. In Premiere, I would like to load in the same custom keyboard shortcuts I was using in CS6. Does anyone know how to do this? I tried copying the .kys files into the equivalent place on my Mac. home >> Library >> Application Support >> Adobe >> Premiere Pro >> 7.0. But the custom Keyboard Layout Presets do not show up in Premiere CC Keyboard Shortcuts. I suppose I can make them again from scratch, but would like to avoid doing that.

Hi Mike,
Do note that the path has changed for Premiere Pro CC.
In order to access your Premiere Pro CS6 keyboard shortcuts in Premiere Pro CC do the following steps:
Mac:
Copy your .kys file from
/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Pro/6.0and paste to
/Users/[username]/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/7.0/Profile-[username]/MacBest,

That did the trick, thanks a lot. Do you know if there a tutorial online somewhere explaining how to use Multicam in Premiere CC? I used it all the time in CS6, but since there is no longer a multicam window, I’m a little bit unsure how it works.

Sorry not aware of any tutorials yet. But its fairly simple to use if you were familiar with CS6.
1. Select your clips in the Project panel
2. Right-click> Choose ‘Create Multi-Camera Source Sequence
3. Multi-Camera dialog window appears. Choose how you would like to sync and there’s a few new options in there.
4. Create a new sequence from your Multi-Camera source sequence
5. ‘New in CC’ You know access the Multi-Camera monitor from the Program Monitor. You do this by going to the Program Monitor panel menu> Select Multi-CameraThat’s the gist of it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

If you want to share settings between multiple computers using the same version of the application, there is an easy way:

Quick question – I understand synching between systems for CC, but I”m moving from CS6 to CC – how do I import my presets, settings, and customization (example: workspaces I’ve setup) from CS6 to CC? I can’t find an easy way to do that yet.

Things didn’t work out so well for me on this end. I’m using a MacBook Pro, Mac OS X Version 10.7.5.
You stated the path below:
/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Pro/6.0When I follow that path on my computer, there isn’t a “Premiere Pro” folder inside of the “Adobe” folder. I tried to create a new keyboard layout with a distinct name so that I may search for it much easier but no results populate.
What could be the problem? Thank you!
