Let us be a little more exact here. Picking frame rate properly is very important. If there is audio that was recorded at 30fps to match the camera and you compress the footage at 29.97… after 1 second of playback the audio will be off by .o3 frames… After about 35 seconds your audio will be off by 1 frame. Not a big deal right? Well apply that math to a 45 min project with direct lip sync ie interviews, singing…ect and you have a really big problem on your hands.
