Mark and Todd, you guys are legends. I ended up using the lumetri colour tools to change the sphere on one track, while adding a key mask to the other track. The end result is exactly what I wanted. I will try to test out the other suggested methods as well, just to learn a bit more. Thanks so much for the advice!
