I don’t see a codec listed in the project window…it just says “Quicktime movie, 1920×1080, non-square (1.33:1). If I do need a HD Codec for AE 6.5, where are they available…preferably free?

I am familiar with AE but this is my first time using HD.

I am not sure what the problem is…my footage has audio but no picture…just blank white. I’m running 6.5 pro on a PC. Do I need a plugin to enable HD?

If I’m understanding you correctly you aren’t actually bending the layers, just adjusting the position of the layers which is fairly simple. Just duplicate the layers and position them in 3d space by enabling “3d layers”. Apply masks to trim the layers. Hope I understood you correctly and this helps.
