Thanks Ed. I’ve never posted a .veg before. I’ll read the forum instructions and try to post one tonight.
I think the problem here is that I’m trying to do this the hard way. I’m sure there’s an easier way to do it…I just don’t know what it is.
Track1 is the full-frame picture (.jpg1)
Track2 is the picture of my son holding a plain white 8.5×11.
Using even pan/crop, I’m resizing .jpg1 so that it fits on the 8.5×11 my son is holding. I set this as a keyframe and set it to the end of the event…since this is how i want the final shot to look. I then right-click and select ‘restore’ to set my starting keyframe back to the original full-frame shot.
I want the shot to start with .jpg1 full-frame….then pulling all the way out to show that it is being “held” by my son. My current issue is that Track2 just sits still when I need it to start out zoomed way in and then zoom out with .jpg1. I don’t have a problem getting .jpg1 to do what I want…it’s getting the image on track2 to move with it that i’m having the issue with.
