It’s to possible to select the format of the render name at Render Settings>Save
There is an arrow on the right side, if you press you can modify the name format of the render file

In fact, my problem was not related to creation problem. I was searching to an alternative way to download a free plugin (I thought the site web was not working, but we discovered it was my Internet connection).
So, nothing interesting to share or learn. Sorry about the confusion.
