    I’m having lots of trouble on this. I’ve tried Log and Transfer and I get the red exclamation under the status bar with ‘no data’ written next to it. Bizarrely, when I hooked up my external hard drive to a friend’s computer with FCP, the footage transferred without any problem. That leaves me thinking that my hard drive is fine, the data is fine, there’s something wrong with with the set up of my computer (or specifically FCP).

    Any help is gratefully accepted!
