That makes sense anything that is not marked. Can you send a sample catalog I don’t need the media just want to see a record or two with the selects made. Though it may not do it today that certainly seems possible.

We have little Elves looking for that Unicorn I will keep you posted! Would adding the out markers and converting to sub clips help? Generating new files without re-compression is as fast as a copy. Not necessarily a slick solution but is easy to do in CatDV.

I don’t see anything that jumps out in the log since you have nothing in ht database try a quick re install. A tip start the server and close and re-launch the control panel.

John can you tag these as “selects” then search for anything not a select? Can’t be that simple? Feel free to send me sample files.

Let us know how it goes with the Professional Edition and a code. In looking at you log files and I am by no means the expert on these logs. CatDV is having trouble with the .mpg files it seems. Also there were a few Java errors that maybe prevented by setting java 32 bit as the preferred version. To do this go into you utilities/Java Preferences and check that 32 bit is set to the top. You can drag it up there if it is not see the attached screen shot.

Yeah I have noticed it is not as stable… and of course save disabled. In most cases this is a bad file. Send me the logs too I will take a look. As for the lack of response we have really had unprecedented interest in the last few months, literally being inundated with requests! We will help get to the bottom of this in the meantime thanks for the patience!
