Update to the boss man’s thread: we purchased a 2×1 DVI switch from Gefen where we plug the output of the BOB for the display into 1 side and the output of the HDLink to the 2 side and are able to switch back and forth with the output of the switch going into the display. This thing looks great! Little bit of a work-around, but it’s running smooth now.

Don’t they have telephones in the UK? We have had great experiences with support and they have been very helpful. We just stepped up to a Decklink HD Pro 4:4:4 and they’ve been awesome when we have issues. Sorry to hear that you’re doing so poorly.
