If you are shooting in 24P on your 100B, capture it using NTSC settings at 29.97.
If you shot it in 24PA, then it will turn to 23.97 (or whatever it is).
Hope that helps? I’m trying to figure this stuff out myself.
I did a little research. I foud out that you can edit 24p in a 24p timeline. It’s just that 24p advanced will provide better resolution. It allows the NLE to extract all 24 frames. Regular 24p has some interlacing.
So you can edit it. Your really throwing me for a loop. LOL
I’m confused. That doesn’t make any sense to me.
So if I bring my 24P footage into Premiere Pro, is it actually going into a 60i timeline?
How do I change this?
How do I open a Premiere Project in Panasonic 24P? What do I do to do that? I’ve started projects with standard NTSC settings, is there something somewhere that I specify I’m running in 24P?
