Yeah, its a strange occurrence. AND I still don’t know what to do about my SonyAVC Plugin. I guess now it doesn’t matter. I think the overall quality of the MC AVC Codec is way better. It just doesn’t make sense that it would just stop working. I haven’t installed any new codecs or anything. Oh well. No big thing. I can now take advantage of my CUDA processing and boy is it fast. I rendered a 1080p feature of 2 hours and 30 minutes in 45 minutes flat.

Wow, I figured something was just wrong with my MainConcept plugin because I had it set to 24p. My footage was 24p. I guess it just didn’t make sense to uncheck it at the time.

Now that I have that fixed. Does anyone know why you can’t render CBR with CUDA processing? I have a CUDA enabled GTX 560 and I get the typical “unknown error.” VBR works fine. Guess it’s just a minor thing. Maybe just a Vegas bug.
