We usually have a Gefen DVI to HD-SDI Pro Scaler (2 channels), a Sony EX1 and a Panasonic HMC-150. We output to a KiPro mini which is looped back to the ATEM for monitoring. Lately we stopped looping le KiPro back to the ATEM but we still have the problem.
Out only problem is with the Multiview, the program out works fine.

Whenever I have a problem a Blackmagic product I:
-Call my reseller for a replacement to get an RMA ASAP
-I send a support request via the BMD website
-I call the support line at BMD
-I post on creative cow
-Tweet the problem to the support team membersAll at once. Usually my reseller is the quickest exempt for when Resolve is involved in the problem. Then Dwaine and Dan Moran from BMD answer pretty quickly via wittier or email via the support form.

The thing is that with linked clips a change on a clip will affect more than the selected clips. And you can’t group-select clips for render. ANd then, when you export the XML for roundtrip Resolve is all messed up in what folder the renders are.
