Prerender the Optical Flares layer by itself. Import it and comp it in.

Jpeg is not lossless.
Render either ape prores 4:2:2 HQ
Or
Qt aimation compression.Import it back in to check but you should be good to go.

Buy Optical flares from video copilot. Will get u through the project and I have never once gone back to using Knoll after using optical flares. It blows knoll out of the water.
