Pres AA quickly while having ur 3D layers you want uneffected by light selected. It will bring up lighting options. Choose “off” for accept lights, cast shadows, and receive shadows.

Real simple answer. Always make your masters in high quality. There is no reason in this world to render out something with less than 48k 16bit audio in a master. Any compression that follows is a different story. But just because it will end up 8 bit once compressed, why start degrading your audio before compression degrades it again.

Cant tell from ur render. But if u RAM preview with no motion blur… But u render with motion blur it can cause flickering between layers that have either the exact or very close to the same value in zdepth.

Most inexpensive (depending on ur needs and situation) is a roll of chroma key green from a camera store. It comes in a roll and costs 20 to 40$.

Unless someone knows of a script. There is no way to be precise. You can stretch your keyframes as a whole but it will never line up exact and some keyframes will land between actual frames in the timeline. You will spend more time messing with a way to do it in an automated fashion in my opinion. So just bite the bullet and do it by hand. Ive made mistakes like this when I was starting out and I still get busy and make them today occasionally. Lesson learned, and you wont do it again I bet.

Go to the sequence in ur project bin. Rt Click. Choose “interperate footage”. Change the frame rate to 23.976.
