This is sadly not what I was looking for…
My goal really is to make it go darker on beat (basically if the beat hits, its 0, if its in between it’s 50, and so on)

As I am not very good with expressions and I had no clue how to make the viodeo smoother, I downloaded the project file you provided and changed the Easings in Comp 7.
I hope that was the right comp.
