I know this way in photoshop, but I have animation (sequence of frames) in After effects. So if I use this way, i must do it for each frame.

But I don’t know if this functionality is somewhere in After effects (Effect, Lens distortion etc.)

But this is not what i want.

I need seůect by small rectangle area, which has to be magnified, in this rectangle image remains same, its something like selector.

And this selected area i need magnified in big rectangle.
