In any case, this doesn’t sound normal but we’ll need WAY more info.

It really should be.
What is your source format? Perhaps there’s an issue during the decoding process. I’ve had various issues with some ProRez clips for example. I can’t imagine what would be tripping things up with the tracking, but I don’t have that feature in CS6. If that’s the case, you might have to resort to converting to a lossless sequence first.

Waaahh! As I suspected. My aged Quadro 4000 isn’t supported.
Another tick mark in the “I need a new system” column. Coming next Spring.

You might want to watch Andrews tutorials on Element3D. Covers the basics of course but gives you some ideas for ways to use it you probably aren’t aware the program can do.

That be them. I wasn’t exactly up to mental speed at 4 am & pre-coffee.

There might be a term but I can’t recall. Fortunatley much of that you can probably do natively in AE. With a Text layer in a comp, go up to the Effects & Presets tab, Open up the Presets and the Text section. You’ll find a ton of things to play with & might give you some ideas when it comes to inter word and inter letter spacing.
If you need more control or options, search around over at https://aescripts.com/
Mamoworld just released a new version of TextExploder that you might want to look at but there are a number of text specific scripts if you look around.

No, it’s not obvious.
The animated gif loops so anything you’re referring to is only there for a fraction of a second. Movement hides a lot of things.
You might have simply posted a static frame as well & pointed out what you’re trying or wanting to do.

I saw your post last week & still have no idea what you’re asking. You’re going to have to be a LOT more specific as in what do you mean by “distressed texture”? The overall image? The boys red suit? The background?
The image I’m seeing looks pretty clean frankly, considering the compression GIF’s use. The few artifacts present are most likely from that & those would probably have to be had cleaned frame by frame.
