How do you want your footage to appear in SD? Letterboxed? Or cropped?

Your broadcaster probably does not yet have the capability of broadcasting local content in HD.
Search this forum for any of the dozens of HD-to-SD threads. It’s been addressed many, MANY times.

Look up Basic Compositing in your manual. The section you want is “Editing Opacity and Blending Parameters”.

Did you elect to make your QuickTime file self-contained when you created it? Obvious, but I had to ask. If you created a reference-only QuickTime file, it would only work on the computer you created it on.

If that doesn’t work, try installing the k-lite codec pack on the Windows machine.

They don’t fit. (It’s a 4GB thumb drive.) 😉

I transfer files between my PC at work and my Mac at home via a USB thumb drive all the time. I plug it into my PC at work and it shows up in Windows Explorer. I plug it into my Mac and it shows up on the desktop and in Finder.
Never needed any additional software on either system.
