Hi David, were you able to resolve this problem? Althought I doubt it, did the activation code for MC work to AVID DVD? Posters on AVID forums have complained about conflicts with other Roxio/Sonic programs interfering with activation. Here is one: https://community.avid.com/forums/p/70786/395974.aspx My problem is that I cannot connect to the Sonic server, which may or may not be a blocked port on my company’s firewall, an issue I can resolve internally. Did you ever try to contact Sonic’s support department at 1-888-289-5307? Over thirty attempts, no success 🙁 Why don’t these programs just work if you have purchased them, installed them and registered them correctly!?!?!?!
