export the time line as a photojpeg codec highest quality setting
25 frames per sec
then hit enter go in to next button and set de interlace and also video size 1024 x 576 for 16.9
audio 48k
and hit encode

then put that fie in to idvd or waht ever you now have a very high quality quicktime mov that you can make a great dvd from

Hi We send tv ads over the internet

we export as quicktime conversion
quicktime movie
go to options
select settings photojpeg
frame rate 25
quality 75% or high
select ok
under video select size
1024 x 576
and select de interlace
sound
audio settings select 48Khz

then hit ok to export and save to where ever
