Yes that is what I am talking about. Except instead of a “V” shape I want it to arc like a half circle. I guess that would be a better way to describe it as a half circle.

    Thanks,

I want the movement to go in an arcing fashion not a straight line. In track motion you can have several locations you want the event to go on the screen (ie. from bottom left to top right to bottom right to top left). Not that I want all that movement, but I am looking to start a photo in the top left, arc it downwards to the center, then to the top right. I am having problems with the center part. It kind of goes in a “V” shape and I am looking for a half circle without the jerky effect and without the pause in the center. Just a smooth glide, but I don’t want to have to put 8 keyframes in it.

    Thanks for your help

I love the results too, but I can’t get it to work. I must be missing something.

I tried Graham Bernard’s way to do it & couldn’t get it to work. After thinking about it I created 2 tracks, copied the media on both tracks, applied 2nd color corrector and selected the color’s I wanted to keep, inverted the mask and turned down the saturation on both clips so independently the media was black and white except for the selected color. With both clips on two clips one above the other I turned down the opacity on the top clip to 50% and that did it except for the color was not very vivid. I added another 2nd color corrector and turned up the saturation and that worked.

    Thanks for everyone’s help!!!

I didn’t move the opacity slider & didn’t use any 3D track motion. I have been in contact with Sony & they said nested projects will usually take twice as long to render. So instead of nesting in the future I will take half and click “ctrl +A” to to copy the project and paste it in the other half of the project.

    Thanks for your help.
