Thanks Bruce. I can’t find the settings for the multitrack that point to stereo but what I need is something like they have in premiere where you can select a clip and simply convert. I can’t understand why it’s so complicated…

Thanks Todd. Now that makes sense. So I’ll set it to 1/50 and see what happens.

Maybe I’m missing something here… it was set to OFF and when I set it to SPEED I’m not given any options. I’ve looked athe manual and serached YouTube but no joy.

I’ve just checked the C300 menu and there doesn’t seem to be a shutter setting – only 1/3 or a 1/4 or an angle. (I’m not clued up on shutter speeds for video cameras!)

Thanks Todd. I’m not extracting stills. I just want to see on video what I see with my eye – if possible. I’m not especially technical but I think there’s a setting I’m not aware of here that needs adjusting. I want a smooth look – the way we see things – rather than an effect.

    Thanks Todd
That’s very helpful but I can’t see a ‘repair clip’ option. And although I can copy and paste ‘good’ clips to the other card, i can’t do it with the bad ones. One difference when looking at their data info in camera when trying to copy is it says the bad clips read 2.1TB in size and that comes up in red, whereas the good clips say their true size in white.

This morning I transferred some of the bad clips on to my computer and then they suddenly stopped appearing on the screen. However, they’re all still on the card in camera but with these question marks. I feel that they’re still lurking there so it’s frustrating.
