It has been discussed here also that for 4 k you needed some 1,78 gb etc for rendering.
It came up with 2 gb 285 cards as they now can do 4 k memory size.
I would go with mac vid version 570.

I really want them two up and full screen as you described.
Lets say you need parade and its is only 1/6 of the screen and you have zoom option
but it makes working slower, go in and zoom and pan around, zoom out again.
Full screen would help a lot. Also maybe someday 2 monitor version, 1 for fullscreen and second for 2 up and you could cycle them
as needed. Mostly we do not need audio levels or sdi window for example and could drop them or bring them up as needed?Just mu 2 wild cents.

Yes they have this popular blue / orange scheme but not only in picture but also in
setup and costumes. If you are after exact look try to take screenshots and have wipe against it
you should be able to go pretty similar if light scheme supports it.
If you have totally different contrast in picture then it is much harder i believe.Just experiment with it is my bet.

We do our edits also like this.
I just take a ton of red stuff and make 720p proxys out of them
and we do offline with them. Sometimes director has those tiny prorez files in he’s laptop
and he can do offline where ever he likes.Later we grade in Resolve and get the full result.
Makes me wonder if it would be as simple to reconnect DNG in resolve after
editing proxy in fcp or what ever nle and go to DNG is image sequence.Have not had sessions like that yet.
Any ideas?

you definitely should make note to BM about this so they could do something with distributor or
the support chain in your country.—

Big question will be drivers as well.
For now 680 seems like 4000 used to be with really good promise but did not ever deliver it.

it really depends if and how much flexibility you need.
it all comes on finical cost or cost in time.
so i think there is not one 100% model and it depends of your needs, budget and workflow.
probably you know your project best and can go from there.
