Seems reasonable to me.
I have seen this here also.
I have not done dcp myself but i have seen similar problems around here also
with other people doing the conversion.—

I render out as 10 bit uncompressed YUV mov.
Afterwards if i send it to tv or convert to h264 i use the same file.
For me it seemed that making h264 mov was better in colour sense compared to mp4.My cents just a joke as this is what i have used and found working for me
and may not be the right way or the only way to do it.—

You may want to try render out YUV uncompressed mov before making h264 if you do not make it
from resolve.For me it worked better this way.
RGB to h265 did shift colours a lot for me.
Just my 1 cent not 2.

They say even 3 Titans but i’m not sure if internally with external psu.

Sounds like a plan!
I have never considered Titan on internal power as if you push it you would kill the machine.
Ola had real problems when pushing it on render. Look the thread here:

I’m thinking of going to Titan route but wonder if it will be stable with lets say external 850W psu.

I agree on that with Juan.
Tested out solution is way better than killing your machine.
I have Daves 470 in my box and it still live and well and never bogged down.
This is what you want about your machine if you are serious about it.
