Ok maybe i’m confusing something.
It all interests me as new 4k io will bee available soon and will need hello of a lot of gpu power i belive
i one wold go with 4k material.—

Was hoping you push more like 4 blurs and 10 + nodes at least.
Dan gets 18 + nodes with 2x 285 what could be really good target for testing.

You have to turn off linked option i.e. red box in the timeline.
Go to the timeline and select those shots with +shift (hold down shift the same time you click on thumbnails)and make batch copy or batch unlink.
Now you have them separate.
If you do batch unlink you also have to make new node to each shot.

You need proper room to hear all the audio details with pair of really nice speakers.
I hear every day audio that is made by some enthusiast and compare those with
audio that i make in my dedicated room – it is like vhs and digibeta side by side.—

I just tested today 4000 on first slot and 120 on third. So in theory it seems possible to have
2x 4000 + 120 on slower slot and all this in macpro.For mee it seems great step before big array and expander if it works.
Lets say you put in new 4K card from BM.One would have to use internal array then.
470 seems great idea but here was talk about it that this ma or may not work (red not all cores are supported).

It has been told that up to hd in some level you get with CL.
With cuda you get more so for now cuda will rock you ati gets you by.
