    It was wmv they wanted, and I have flip4mac (hd vers) since before so it all worked out fine.

    After googling it I got more confused. 256 colors, vectors … Huh?!!
    I just recieved a mail that said that there were a typ-o. They probably meant wmv or something. They scared me for a while ….

    It´s a computer problem. If you put it on a playable DVD it will not cause any problems.

  • Highlight your clip in the timeline, choose image+wireframe in the canvas and then keep the shift button down and drag the edges of your canvas image.

    You can get pretty good quality with wmv. No uncompressed video but good enough with a low bit rate.

    You need following software:
    1. Flip4mac player to view wmv files through quicktime player.
    2. Flip4mac studio pro to export wmv files.
    The first one is for free but the second one you´ll need to buy.

  • Theres a freeware program called JES deinterlacer. You can download it at macupdate or at apple software download pages.
    Maybe that can help, I know it has helpt me once or twice ….

  • No need to convert them 1 by 1, just drop the files into the Final Cut
    batch window, selected them all and right-click on your mouse
    and choose batch export.
    A window pops up where you choose your setting and then just press export. Piece of cake.

    The source video is PAL 720×576 anamorphic. The client want the files as widescreen. Thats why im asking.
