K i am having the same results. I am useing cs4 across the board and my photoshop files are importing as black layers. I Been trying to trouble shoot this for hours not and can’t find the problems. Any help would be most welcome.

Thanks for the input guys. I managed to pull off the effect with a simple psd file which i gave a glow in AE. I then added a twitch to it and it looks like the same thing. I don’t know how it was done in the video. But a couple of seconds in photoshop with my tablet gave the same results

I have looked at instant HD and i don’t see how i can take my 1440×1080 footage and remove all the grain and fuzz with it since its already supposed to be HD. If such a thing is possible or any other method i would be most thankful. The location was such a mountain to obtain; a reshoot is out of the question.

Also i was just looking at my footage and decided to take some test footage and add it into the sequence and it appears to be just as bad. but i remember that footage looking crystal clear. I checked my time line setting in Final Cut pro and the quality for preview was at 100%. I am having a really hard time trouble shooting this.

Any insight would be most appreciated.
