I would just color correct it with hue/saturation or curves. Another way of doing it is just duplicate the layer, use “fill” to pick a color and then use the blending much such as mulitply if you want it darker
good luck

hi, thanx for your reply
I’m using cinema 11.5. Unfortunatly I can’t post the scene file because it is ment for a commercial clip.
I did notice that it is the last thing he does when rendering. at 99% of the frame it seems perfect, but the last second he puts all the dots in there. I don’t know if this helps.I really want to finish the project and haven’t got a clue what I am doing wrong, so please take a guess, maybe it something I didn’t thought of.

First of all, thanks for your reply
I am using particular 2.0
I have the two different particulars on two different layers. I don’t think it is possible to have more than 1 particular per layer.
Of did not think of the Obscuration layer, but I tried it and nothing happened.I think I now know what the problem is. Although particular is a 3d plugin, you put all the particles on a layer, a layer is always 2d (even if you put it to 3d mode it is still a flat piece) So all the particles, how different in zspace are all on the same 2d layer. So if you move on layer +1 or -1 in z space I get that one layer is fully on top over the other one.
EDIT: I found the solution thanks to a tut. https://allbetsareoff.com/tutorials/rgtv-ep-15-better-compositing-with-particles/
he has the same problem and I’ve used the same technique to solve it.
Thank a lot anyway -

Of did not think of the Obscuration layer, but I tried it and nothing happened.I still think that you are right that it should be done with the obscuration layer. The problem is that a obsucation layer should always be 3d and if you make a particular layer 3d it becomes flat.
nice try thou, again a step closer

But…. My openGl is open but as you can see in the image provided above I don’t think that is the problem. I’ve got my editor view exactly as I want with nice tiling red and white, but the render view makes it blurish and vertical. I don’t think this has anything to do with the performances of my computer but with my material options or render options.
Thanks again for the reply, I will keep searching for a solution and tell it when I found it

As said before, videocopilot.net is a great way to start.
But besides that there are a lot of text animators which are perfect for the job if you only have letters as a logo. If you just try one you get a kind of powerpoint feeling, but if you combine them you can get really interesting results.
A good way to begin is start experimenting with the “brainstorm” button. You immediatly see what kind of results are possible

I always just keyframe the mask position and then drag it off the screen to make sure I don’t get a bunch of unorganized layers
