Hi,
I too am having terrible glitches, mostly at transitions, and I am exporting a QT movie with current settings (as I read that is the way to keep your full resolution). The glitches are blocky, acid-trip like glitchy visuals, as if I wrapped my real footage with some sort of messed-up CGI, because you can see the forms vaguely underneath all the blocks. Also, I am getting a couple seconds of solid green. The audio is fine.
My project is standard NTSC-DV, 29.97, and two of the clips were originally 864×480, but I turned them into 720×480 files using QT Conversion before putting them into my timeline.
Help! My editing skills are basic and I don’t understand what all the different codecs do. Thank you!!!!
